Meditation & Mantra
A weekly gathering to nourish the soul. ♥ Mondays 6-7.15pm
Each session will begin with gentle asana to prepare the body for meditation before exploring meditation techniques and practices that will guide us into a state of calm, peaceful surrender and connect us to our innate luminosity.
We will explore what meditation is, the benefits of a regular practice & how to progress with your practice.
We will also discover the beautiful sounds of Sanskrit & mantras from the yoga traditions & be inspired by the mystical poems of the Indian & Sufi poets – Rumi, Hafiz & more.
